Flashy Flash is the one can be considered as fastest among all the heroes without even using his full speed. The WebComic version of One Punch Man, the one Yusuke Murata follow, Flashy Flash fought Monster Garou by himself yet was miserably failed.
Despite of using his maximum speed, Garou’s abilities especially his speed was still superior than him. Throughout the whole series, there was only 3 characters that evaded Flashy Flash speed, which is Monster Garou, Saitama, and especially Blast.
What makes Garou a dangerous opponent isn’t just because of skills when it comes to martial arts or hand-to-hand combat but especially his sharp analyzation. Garou could literally copy almost all techniques in just a short period of time as long he can see it with his own eyes and won’t require any magical aspects.
Garou’s imitation was first seen when he first confronted Genos, after Garou defeated all 8 A-Class on his own. Garou used Watchdog Man’s movement speed and pattern that was comparable to a dog. Along with his intellect as a fighter, Garou could easily look for weakness of one’s technique with his keen observation.
The most surprising thing that Garou did especially after he became a complete monster was when he confronted Bang. Monster Garou’s confrontation to Bang didn’t lasted for a minute in their first round yet Garou copied even the breathing technique of Bang that requires years of training to master.
5. God-like Endurance
Despite of him still not achieving his monster form, Garou’s capabilities was already shown in the 2nd season of anime series, making him the main villain after Boros. Throughout the whole season 2, Garou’s journey as a ‘Hero Hunter’ was one of the main plot of the story.

In his final form, Garou defeated Tank Top Master and almost defeated Genos. What’s more interesting was Garou defeated Puri-Puri-Prisoner while he was sleeping from a deep slumber after he was beaten by Orochi. He defeated Darkshine, Amai Mask, Flashy Flash, Bomb, and numbers of heroes on just by relying only in his own abilities.
3. Dodged Saitama’s Punch
Throughout the whole series, no one could even defeat Saitama in spite of how strong they are, knowing that his capabilities are limitless. Boros, one of the strongest monsters couldn’t even evade any attacks of Saitama during their intense confrontation in the final battle of season 1. The most surprising was, Saitama that could move as the speed of light dodged numbers of attacks from Saitama, especially his punches (WebComic).
Knowing how sharp Garou’s observation and analyzation skill, Garou could have dodge Saitama’s attack and counter with his martials. Garou so far was the only person could dodged Saitama, making him an extraordinary monster.
2. He Could Almost Break His Limiter
The most terrifying power in One Punch Man isn’t the psychokinesis of Tatsumaki or even the indestructible martial arts of Silver Fang, but the limitless power of Saitama that could even compare to a God. Saitama obtained the limitless power when he succeed tearing his limiters based of what Dr. Genos had said. Braking one’s limiter truly is impossible, yet just like Saitama, Garou could almost break his limiter after he pushed himself fighting beyond his limits.
Garou’s limiter started to break when he confronted Darkshine underground after most of the S Class hero raided the Monster Association. Despite of still not achieving the omnipotent power, Garou was already capable enough to defeat most of the S Class Heroes all by himself.
1. Can Survive Saitama’s Punch
One of the most remarkable thing about One Punch Man is the powerful protagonist, Saitama that could literally kill monsters in just one punch. Despite of that, Garou is one of the characters that defies the title of the series after he survived from Saitama’s punch number of times when they met in his monster form.
Saitama and Garou were already met each other twice and Saitama knocked down Garou twice as well, showing how strange their previous confrontation. Regardless of that, their last confrontation was far from the previous one because of the fact that Garou is now on his monster form that caused a massive destruction.
What’s more surprising was Garou survived Saitama’s attacks not just once or twice but 11 times(WebComic), knowing that Boros, the final protagonist of Season 2 took only 5 punches before he died.
